OVS is consistently making efforts to build collaboration with national and international stakeholders to achieve shared goals. OVS works closely with the local municipalities, relevant government line agencies, National Youth Council, CTEVT, employers, business associations, NGOs and INGOs. Nepal Youth Foundation is a member of the National Youth Council.
So far OVS has built partnerships with 30+ municipalities, Rural Municipalities, national and international organizations. Some of these entities have also sponsored the training costs for youths. We reach out to youths across Nepal from remote regions and marginalized communities. So far, youths from 68 districts across the country have received training at OVS.
OSE also holds regular dialogue workshops with potential employers and stakeholders to facilitate the supply and demand of trained human resource. The feedback from employers and stakeholders is progressively incorporated into the program design.
The Olgapuri Vocational School has received significant media coverage in Nepal. National television such as Nepal Television, Janata Television and Sagarmatha television have run features and interviews about the program.
