INDUSTRIAL TAILORING

The Garment Fabricator Training program aims to develop professional machine operators required for garment companies and create opportunities for youth to join the clothing business. This comprehensive training covers essential skills in garment fabrication, including operating industrial sewing machines, pattern making, cutting, and assembling garments. We offer three months of in-house training followed by three months of On-the-Job Training (OJT). During the OJT, trainees are expected to complete a three-month internship within garment companies. This practical experience is crucial in preparing them for the demands of the garment industry and provides them with real-world exposure.

Trainees will gain hands-on experience in various garment construction techniques, learning to work with different fabrics and materials. The program also emphasizes the principles of quality control and effective production practices, ensuring that trainees can produce high-quality garments that meet industry standards. The trainees will be given the opportunity to learn and practice their skills on real-time projects, allowing them to apply their knowledge in practical scenarios. This hands-on experience is crucial in preparing them for the demands of the garment industry.

Upon completion of the program, graduates will be well-equipped to work as semi-skilled machine operators in garment companies. They will have the foundational skills needed to undertake essential garment fabrication tasks, address common production challenges, and contribute effectively to clothing production projects. Additionally, after completing the OJT, trainees will receive job offers, ensuring they can confidently and competently enter the workforce, enhancing their employability and readiness for the garment industry.

We also provide Satellite training (onsite/local area based on demand and is subject to further discussions).
